I'm Jaz is the manufacturer of premium sorrel condiments and cordials. Our products offer both versatility and convenience to our customer centric clients who are primarily hotels, restaurants and corporate event planners. Our sorrel cocktail mix has become our flagship product which is used in making daiquiris, margaritas, mojitos and several other traditional cocktails and mocktails.
In addition to our sorrel cocktail mix, our sorrel topping is often in demand which can be used as a cheesecake topping, ice cream topping and for making sorrel sorbet. How Did We Get Here
It is our intent to offer high quality and authentic Jamaican products that enhance the taste of a wide range of foods while satisfying or exceeding the expectations of our customers every time.
I'mJaz is a small manufacturing company that began its operation in June 2016, started with pineapple and sorrel toppings. A year into the business, the sorrel cocktail mix was developed, offering great sorrel flavor to traditional alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in commercial food service operations.
